I get a "Not Connnected" error message when I log into ClassLink.

How do I connect to my WNCC account?


Answer

If you receive the following error message:

Error message stating "Your account is not connected with any ClassLink Account."

  • Sign in with your WNCC email and password.
  • Go back to https://wncc.edu>MyWNCC>Sign in with Microsoft.
  • You will be prompted to choose an email address, click on your WNCC email to access ClassLink.
