How do I change the phone number used to verify my identity?
The phone number listed for multi-factor authentication is old/incorrect. Is there any way to change it?

If there is no way for you to access the phone number listed, please contact the eHelp Center for assistance.
If you have access to the phone number (it is a landline, belongs to a family member, etc.) you can update the information yourself if you want. Go to https://go.wncc.edu/myaccount, sign in with your WNCC credentials, and click on "Update info" in the Security Info tile.
After verifying your identity, click on Change or Delete to edit or remove your phone number.
