What do I do if I get a bill for my books?

I noticed a library charge on my bill. What is it for?

Answer

If you have a library item that is long overdue (more than three weeks past your due date), you will be assessed a replacement fee for that item. If you still have the item, just return it to the library and all charges will be removed. If you believe there is an error, contact the library at (308)635-6068 or library@wncc.edu for more information.

If you lost or damaged the items, you can set up a payment plan with the business office.

At the end of the semester, a hold is placed on your account for expensive items such as laptops. The charge will be removed when the equipment is returned.
