I got a new phone and now the authenticator app doesn't work. How do I fix it?

You may need to delete the connection to the Authenticator App on your old phone.
- Go to https://go.wncc.edu/myaccount
- Log in with your WNCC account
- If it prompts you to verify your identity, click the "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" link
- Choose an alternate method for verification and complete logging in
- Click on the Security Info tile
- Find the line with Microsoft Authenticator line and click delete
- Go through the steps to re-set up the app on your new phone
